RETURN POLICY:
If the quilt does not meet with the customer's expectation and is returned in the original packaging and condition, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
You must contact us by e-mail within 5 business days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization number (RA#) for your item.
Quilts must be insured and returned within 3 business days of My Quilt Disease issuing a return authorization number; via UPS, FedEx or USPS at the customer's expense.
If the quilt does not meet with the customer's expectation and is returned in the original packaging and condition, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued once received and the condition is confirmed.

Return Instructions:
You must wrap the quilt in a sealed plastic bag with the My Quilt Disease shipping form inside. Use the original shipping material and be certain to secure the edges. Mark the outside of the package with the issued return authorization number.
Insure the package for full value and pre-pay the package.
