WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THIS WEBSITE?
My Quilt Disease .com makes use of the latest technology to ensure the security of your personal information. All pages within our checkout process and areas containing your personal information are contained in a secure environment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We make every effort to process orders the same business day and they are shipped to you 3-5 days from the date of the processed order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at My Quilt Disease. We accept returns for quilts that do not meet your expectations and are returned in the original condition. A full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued once the return is received and the condition is confirmed.
IF I ORDER A QUILT AND IT'S ALREADY SOLD?
Our quilts are one of a kind, so...if it has already been sold, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. We will also post a SOLD tag on the photo page. You can always make another choice.
DO YOU DO SPECIAL ORDERS?
Presently we do not. This is a "one girl" operation, specializing in "one- of- a kind". However, I would never say, "NEVER". Call me and we will talk!
ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES ADDED TO MY ORDER?
No. For your convience, the shipping charges are already included in the price of the quilt.

ARE ALL QUILTS HANDMADE?
Yes. All quilts are machine pieced or hand quilted by me, unless otherwise noted on the photo page. I will give credit if another quilter made the quilt. All long arm quilted quilts are done by professional long arm quilters.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE QUILTS?
Our pieced tops and backs are made from 100% cotton fabrics and notions. We use WARM AND NATURAL batting for hand quilting and 80-20 batting for machine quilting. We use a polyester/cotton blend batting in our baby quilts. This gives them more loft.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
Using a cloth measuring tape, measure the width of the top of the bed from side to side and length from head to foot. Now measure the side drop from top of bed to the desired length. Ask yourself if you want the quilt to just cover the top of the bed, drop to bed skirt or just fall to the floor?
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY QUILT?
Washing and complete care instructions will be included with your quilt.
